Residence Inn by Marriott Louisville Old Henry

We had a youth hockey team visiting for a tournament. Our parents like to have a good time. The setup here was perfect for us. Not only that but the staff was very accommodating to us and encouraged us to do what we do. We took over parts of the lobby/bar and really enjoyed ourselves. If we could stay at this hotel every single time we travel for hockey we would be in heaven. Hotel was beautifully decorated, well kept, awesome breakfast, stellar staff, and the perfect setup for being able to enjoy the evening for the parents. Thank you all! We had a blast.

James at the front desk is so super AWESOME!! That young man deserves a huge raise. He is so kind hearted. I was having a problem with something and he went out of his way to assist me I mean he went above and beyond. I’m so thankful to Jesus!! That their’s still kind hearted caring people in this world like James. The hotel is so beautiful too!!!

I had a wonderful experience with a tour from Cassie, the Front Desk Manager last week. I was impressed with the immaculate entry way, gym, pool area, conference room, and restaurant (despite the two-weeks worth of snowfall still on the ground due to freezing temperatures). I made several purchases from the snack area, including Life Water, Aquafina, and a couple of personal care items. I loved the openness of the conference room, which is one reason I came to see the hotel in person. It is located very close to my office, and would be a great resource for holding employee training, management meetings, or other celebrations. It was well equipped, had great lighting, and the tables could be arranged in different configurations according to the needs of the customer. There were both round tables and rectangular tables available. After seeing how accessible that the conference room was, I considered (on a personal note) holding a surprise birthday party for a friend. The cost was very reasonable and the room would be available for the customer, for the entire day. Cassie informed me that the conference room was used for birthday parties, wedding showers, baby showers, and all matter of business meetings. What a great, convenient space for so many different events!

Absolutely love this hotel! It’s so nice and clean and the amenities are great. The pool and workout room are well-maintained and never busy. Continental breakfast is top notch with something tasty for every appetite. Having a brand new Publix grocery story right next door makes it so easy to walk over and get drinks/snacks for the room.

We loved the size of our room and how clean it was. Unfortunately, the bed was awful! The mattress was worn out, it sunk in the middle. I was surprised, since the hotel is only 5 years old. It would have been great other than that, and the breakfast being just ok.

At every level for every event we hosted here, including our rooms the staff , service and facilities were perfect. Sarah, the event coordinator deftly managed dealing with several different people for our wedding events. We held a lovely courtyard reception , and a morning after breakfast catered to a conference room. Every day in every way with every guest who stayed there, it was a "can do" attitude. They truly went the extra mile.

My family had a very full house this year for Christmas, so we decided to stay in the closest hotel to their house on the nights of Christmas Eve and Christmas. This place was fantastic! The room and lobby were immaculate. Breakfast and coffee were ready on time and they had a wonderful selection. The staff were friendly and warm.

Cesar was absolutely amazing and so patient while helping us with our reservations. He made the entire process easy and stress-free. Max and Amber were great as well and very helpful. Excellent customer service all around!!
